Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were small and somewhat awkward but had a fridge and microwave, and the view overlooking the Hudson River was lovely. The service at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, especially Nicky, who even offered flight check-in assistance. The location is terrific in the heart of the Upper West Side with great subway links. The dining experience at Zabar's was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were a bit shabby but very clean, with efforts seen in improvements by the cleaning staff and owner. The beds were excellent with crisp sheets, and the rooms served their purpose despite being small and aged. The service was friendly and helpful, albeit with some improvements needed. The location was decent, not too central but well connected, and the neighborhood was nice. The dining experience lacked some features like breakfast inclusion. Overall, the hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room layout was great for privacy, but it really needed a fresh coat of paint. Despite being small, it served its purpose. The service was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The location was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants, but some aspects were in need of maintenance. The dining options were limited, but the hotel had convenient vending machines. Overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, close to Central Park and the Museum of Natural History, with easy access to the subway and away from the busy Times Square. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing with small size and a shared bathroom. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being super friendly and helpful while others seemed indifferent to guest requests.
